Natasha Tomai has been a licensed real estate professional for five years. She joined Halstead after returning "home" to New York City from Darien, CT, where she was formerly a project manager for a commercial construction firm. While working in commercial construction, she oversaw the corporate renovations for such clients as Cushman & Wakefield, XL America, RFR Realty and Digitas. Natasha managed the entire process from estimating to construction to the close out documents and maintenance. The projects ranged from minor alterations to multi-million dollar, full floor interior build outs. All were fast paced schedules with restricted budgets. This experience helps her in the residential market to meet both time and financial requirements for her clients with ease.
As a skilled negotiator, she hones a win-win tactic, adding real value for her clients. She was a top producer at her previous firm, number two in her office. Her business acumen, professionalism, and reputation for honesty create a comfortable experience for her clients. Natasha is hard working and prides herself on being straightforward, available, and accountable.
In the residential real estate market, her natural skill for "match making" qualifies her to work with both buyer and seller alike. Based on experience, she is particularly well qualified to work with high profile clientele, having become accustomed to giving not only special attention but also using discretion. Her focus on superior customer service, however, excludes no one, and she also commonly works with first time home buyers.
Natasha's success in fundraising is testament to her resourcefulness and tenacity. In addition to her many fundraising activities, she serves on the Board of Directors for The Boys and Girls Club of Stamford and formerly served on the board of The Stamford YMCA. She is an active parishioner at St. Patrick's Old Cathedral in her SoHo neighborhood.
