Nicholas Pensiero has applied his past work experience, community involvement, his commitment to clients and a strong work ethic to his real estate career.
After 25 years in a former partnership that owned, managed and rented both residential and commercial properties, Nick understands property management. He was the past owner, for 28 years, of a five-store multi-million dollar video chain, ranked in the top 100 in the U.S. Through this retail experience, customer service has always been his top priority. He also spent five Years in corporate accounting/budgeting.
Nick is a graduate of Siena College with a B.S. degree in accounting. He coached the Stamford Girls Babe Ruth Softball League and is a past President/Board Member.
Nick is a life-long Stamford resident, married with two daughters who have gone through the Stamford school system. He loves his community and would love to share with you his expertise.
