Originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Nina has lived in New York City since 1971. Having resided in several different areas of Manhattan, she now lives in Brooklyn Heights with her husband Allen, also a Halstead broker. Nina and Allen often work as a team handling estate realty for Halstead.
After a very successful 20 year career selling fixed income securities to institutions for several Wall Street firms, Nina switched careers in 1995. Using her extensive sales experience and contacts she quickly and successfully built her business in the New York city real estate market. She has handled every type of property from studios to townhouses, coops and condos, from mint condition to fixer-uppers. Nina’s ability to enthusiastically represent all types of properties, accentuating the positives and turning negatives into possibilities, has earned her the trust and respect of both buyers and sellers.
Nina has two children, a son who is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and Fordham Law School and is practicing law at the firm of Chadbourne & Parke; and a daughter, a graduate of Wesleyan University, who is currently working in the food world for various caterers in New York City.
