Although Norman was born in the UK his heart is in Harlem. He has lived and been active in the community for over 14 years. He has contributed to its renaissance both as an investor and real estate broker. Norman specializes in Residential & Commercial Leasing and Sales in the Harlem market yet what he prides himself in the most is his signature flexible negotiating and closing style and his careful attention to his customers’ unique needs throughout the entire process.
In addition to his work in real estate Norman serves and builds his community with a distinctive music experience, Sundae Sermon, its premier offering is a free afternoon of music in the park where family, community and commerce converge. Like Harlem itself, Norman has deep roots in music as a former popular on-air DJ for W.B.L.S 107.5 in New York City and an in demand club DJ playing in the hottest spots in the city and around the globe. His additional work in the creative industry includes acting and modeling.
Norman was an All-American athlete in Track and Field and has a BA in Communications from Iona College and studied acting at The Acting Studio and has performed in numerous stage, film and television productions.
I believe if you wake up in the morning with excitement for your work ahead you’ll inevitably handle your clients with care consideration and endless energy.Halstead Property, LLC
