Olga Kondrashova moved from lower Manhattan to Jersey City’s luxurious waterfront eight years ago and she is a firm believer in putting her money where her mouth is. For the past eight years, she has been busy buying, living in, renovating, developing, and selling her own properties on the waterfront because she believes so strongly in the great emerging potential for the area due to its proximity to Manhattan and quality of life the area offers to its residents.
In addition to New Jersey’s Gold Coast, Olga has successfully consulted on, invested in, and developed residential and commercial properties, both in Florida and in Europe. She brings this extensive knowledge, expertise and contacts to Halstead Property where she enjoys helping sellers find the right buyer, and using her keen eye to help buyers discover the same joys and financial benefits of home ownership that she herself has enjoyed and benefitted from.
Olga earned a graduate business degree from Harvard University and a Masters degree in Economics that fueled her practical work experience in real estate investing, finance and management consulting. Olga combines an esthetic, architectural and analytical eye with unique mathematical and financial modeling skills to assure her clients a combination of luxury, comfort, practicality and investment soundness.
