There’s nothing like a new day in New York City. Each morning brings with it a brand new adventure as it does a great opportunity for me to explore the different neighborhoods and find something new I can share with my customers. After 20 years selling real estate in this great city, I consider myself a valuable resource on the market, the properties, the people, the schools, restaurants and other offerings…but I’m constantly learning more on a daily basis.
While I enjoyed growing up by the beach at the Jersey Shore, this former country bumpkin remembers getting so excited visiting cousins in the city as a child. I was impressed by the glamour, excitement and culture, and knew I’d live here one day. Two decades ago, I came to Manhattan to attend New York University, and I’ve remained a devout, passionate, contented resident ever since. Traveling a great deal over the years, I came to appreciate my home even more. Since entering real estate after years working as a sales rep selling TV commercials to directors, I’ve had the priceless opportunity to help clients with homes and investments spanning from downtown up to Harlem, and I’ve loved every minute of it.
I deeply understand what a big undertaking and an important decision buying or selling a home in the unique New York City marketplace can be, so I always do my best to make the experience smooth for my clients. My hard work, tenacity, attention to detail and negotiating savvy help streamline the transaction process, while my enthusiasm and upbeat personality bring the element of “fun” into the journey. My reward is that much of my business today is referral based, the greatest reward and compliment of all.
When I’m not helping clients, I make time to give back to my community as a member of the Lollipop Foundation which brings movies to terminally ill children in hospitals; a supporter of Breast Cancer; a volunteer for Step Up New York; the Coalition for the Homeless as well as several other worthwhile causes. I am a Murray Hill resident with a passion not only for the city, but for children and animals as well. I hope to work with you in finding or selling your next wonderful New York City property!
