Paul Blanchette understands that a successful real estate sales person means more than simply selling a lot of real estate properties. Rather, it’s being a good neighbor who respects its past accomplishments, upon whose foundation we can further build. For Harlem, it is appreciating past talents like those of John Louis Wilson who built a 574-unit known as the Harlem River Houses, William B. Tuthill known for his Harlem bay windows on 116th St., The Harlem YMCA and then Carnegie Hall, or the father of them all, Vertner Tandy & George W. Foster who built the Saint Philips Protestant Episcopal Church on West 134th St.
Paul was an executive board member at the Brooklyn Children’s Museum for nearly 14 years. His marketing skills lead to an increase in attendance at the Museum’s annual June Balloon Festival from 5,000 to 35,000. Before his executive position at the Brooklyn Children’s Museum, Paul was the Director to Stuypark House which is a 110-unit for independent living seniors. His dedication to this project made the quality of life and ease of service attainable for the many seniors that reside in this wonderful facility.
Prior to entering real estate, Paul was a wealth retention consultant at Northwestern Mutual’s Wall Street office for more than 10 years. It was there where he learned the value of protecting his clients’ wealth. This experience allows him to view all real estate transactions from the perspective of value. He continues this commitment when selling properties by carefully determining and meeting the specific needs of his clients, whether they are buying or selling. Paul pledges 10% of his commission split evenly between Saint Jude Children’s Research Hospital and The Juvenile Diabetes Research Fund.
