Peter Cossio’s reputation for honesty and integrity are fundamental to his philosophy. He is dedicated to understanding the needs of his clients and providing them with insight into the fast changing real estate market. He prides himself in serving his clients with the utmost respect, care and professionalism. Peter grew up around the real estate industry; his parents have owned and operated a full service real estate company in Chicago for more than 20 years. After moving to NYC, Peter produced television commercials for 10 years before turning to real estate on a full time basis in 2002. Peter, along with his Hudson Realty Group partners, Matt Brown and Lindsey Brown, joined Halstead Property New Jersey LLC in 2009. He has been a member of the New Jersey Association of Realtors Circle of Excellence for the past 9 years. Peter received his BA from the University of Wisconsin Madison. Peter, his wife and 2 children currently reside in uptown Hoboken.
