Peter Grazioli’s ability to look beyond the brick and mortar and see a home’s potential is his hallmark. Born and raised in Brooklyn, Peter has long been giving back to the borough for many years. He is involved with, and supports, the fundraising efforts of our green spaces, museums and performance spaces. Most recently, he sat on the board of T.O.P.S. FOR YOU, INC, a Bushwick based program devoted to providing affordable daycare and early childhood development. After a brief stint living in Manhattan, he returned to Brooklyn and took on the task of restoring his 100-year-old townhouse in the Park Slope area, which he now calls home.
Peter comes to residential real estate after 20 years as an executive in the Information Technology and Media Industry. An architect at heart, he has always been involved in real-estate in one form or another. For 15 years he managed the facilities for a national television broadcasting company, designing and managing the many offices and studio facilities in their organization portfolio.
