With over 13 years as a downtown Manhattan resident and focusing on the downtown luxury market, Pia has brought her professional knowledge as a Leasing Director at Gramercy's Premier Luxury Loft Building. Her business savvy as former managing director of a boutique real estate firm on the City's Gold Coast and previously working with one of the top producing groups at Prudential Douglas Elliman, Pia continues to strive for the best, leaving no stone unturned. Pia’s outgoing personality and vast networking capabilities have enabled her to work continuously with referrals and much of the time with people she knows. As she puts it, "A referral is the best compliment and really instills a sense of loyalty from the customer."

Not only has Pia worked with developers and contractors from initial stages of development to completion, but she remains focused on all details pertaining to leasing and renewals while maintaining a low vacancy rate. While working as an agent she thoroughly enjoyed helping customers find their New York homes as much as she has thrived on developing strong relationships with landlords and developers. She states, "I am constantly listening to what is most important to the client and in exchange translating that to finding their perfect home. Time is such a luxury in this busy world and I do not like to waste a minute of it on misguided experiences."

Pia attended F.I.T and continues to have a passion for up-and-coming trends in fashion. She lives in the West Village with her husband of three years, Andrew Newlin, who works in the restaurant industry. They both enjoy trying new restaurants, enjoying a nice bottle of wine, and spending summers visiting family and their second home in Martha’s Vineyard. Pia is also an avid runner and enjoys yoga and spending time with friends.
