Associate Broker
Member of REBNY Real Estate Board of New York
The unparalleled sense of integrity, ethics and dedication with which Randi Ellen Good approaches her work are not only among the main impetuses for her success as a NYC Residential Broker for more than 20 years, but the driving forces in the strong, trusting relationships she has continually maintained with loyal buyers and sellers.
A native New Yorker and proud owner of her own Upper East Side residence, Randi holds as deep an appreciation for the city as she does for the clientele she serves. “It’s important to know each individual’s unique ‘Wish List’ from the start so we can proceed with clear goals in mind, and achieve the best outcome possible,” says Randi, who admits that what she most enjoys about her work is educating others on everything from market trends, neighborhoods, buildings and board procedures to contractors, lenders, attorneys and more.
Randi prides herself on her reputation for being a one-stop real estate resource known for her seasoned knowledge and proven expertise selling all over New York City. From helping buyers to find their “Perfect Home” to marketing Seller’s “Prized Properties” to attain their highest price, Randi provides friendly, nurturing, results-driven service to ensure total satisfaction for customer and client alike.
With a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Television/Radio and Marketing, Randi initially worked in Advertising for the top Ad Agency, Jordan, Case & McGrath with their Creative Writing Team, developing Award Winning TV/radio advertisements. After searching for an apartment in New York’s Upper East Side during that time, Randi found herself attracted to the real estate industry, where she found that her endless energy and enthusiasm blends well with the business and ultimately found her niche.
When not hard at work, Randi enjoys staying in shape with exercise, swimming, Yoga, Pilates and volunteering for various charitable causes.
