Rich, a full time Riverdale Realtor for over 8 years, is also a life long resident. He loves his community and specializes in sharing this affection so that others will come to love Riverdale as well.

He and his wife have raised their two children here, sending them to the local public schools. They have lived in their current Co-op residence for over 24 years, where Rich had served as the President of the Board for 5+ years, and then provided additional support as a director for more than 3 years. Rich gained invaluable experience in these roles, and effectively shares these experiences as he helps buyers and sellers navigate the process.

Rich earned a B.S. in Business Admin., from Northeastern University, and an M.B.A. from Manhattan College. He has also earned a GRI – Graduate of the Realtor Institute – 90 hours of real estate training, and recently a CBR – Certified Buyer’s Representative designation. He has also participated in the Halstead Boot Camp, making him among the most highly trained Realtors in this market. This, combined with his expertise of the greater Riverdale area, has earned him the nickname -“Riverdale Rich”.

Rich and his wife, Anne, are parishioners at Visitation Parish in Kingsbridge. Anne is an Administrative Assistant with the Sister’s of Charity, located on the campus of the College of Mount Saint Vincent.
