Richard Healy, Senior VP, has been with Halstead Property, LLC since he started in real estate in the early 1990's.
Since joining, Richard has consistently ranked in the top percentage of Halstead's sales force. He is not only a member of Halstead’s elite Producers Council; he is also a member of The Halstead Private Brokerage Council signifying many sales of 1,000,000 dollars or more and has won multiple awards for his sales performance.
Richard's philosophy is to satisfy his clients 110%. He takes pride that a lot of his business is word-of-mouth referral. He has established many long-term relationships with people who have bought and sold through him repeatedly over the years. Besides working with many buyers and sellers in Manhattan, he has strong business relationships with individuals relocating to and from Europe and Asia.
Richard attended college at Columbia University. Besides working in real estate, he is a screenwriter. He enjoys martial arts, and spending time with his dogs Major and Mocha.
