With an extensive background in real estate, advertising, and new media, Richard J. Ingenito provides his clients with an unparalleled level of knowledge and expertise. He has handled all aspects of real estate including residential sales, property management, rent controlled apartments as well as working closely with rent stabilization laws and landmarked sites. With his background and his results-oriented attitude, Richard is well-known for helping his clients achieve their objectives.
A native New Yorker, Richard has served on his Coop Board for the past seventeen years and is a member of the New York Council of Cooperative Apartments and Condominiums and the Real Estate Board of New York. Richard has additionally been active with the local Community Board in his neighborhood, addressing numerous quality of life issues facing the neighborhood.
Prior to joining Halstead Property, LLC, Richard was with a Manhattan-based real estate agency for six years. He was quickly recognized as a rising star and within two years, he was promoted to Sales Manager where he oversaw a team of agents. As Sales Manager, he handled all aspects of real estate including property management and residential re-sales.
In addition, Richard oversaw the development and managed the successful launch of a major corporate real estate web site, and played an instrumental role in creating numerous online marketing initiatives. He was responsible for developing and implementing the company's national real estate training program.
Richard holds a Master of Arts in Communication Arts from the New York Institute of Technology. He is fluent in Italian and loves theatre, the arts and traveling.
