Robin Schneiderman is one of the most personable, sincere and knowledgeable real estate brokers you could ever meet in New York City. His eight years of experience buying, selling and renting New York City homes is immediately felt when speaking with him. Right off the bat you will feel comfortable asking him any questions you may have and telling him about yourself and your special needs. From start to finish Robin is always there for you and will get back to you with the best solutions for the challenges you have given him.
After graduating from Syracuse University, Robin started his career at Goldman Sachs in finance. After two years he made the switch to real estate where he was energetically searching for opportunities for growth and success in the next great market place. He has never looked back. Robin developed the Schneiderman Team at Citi Habitats where he mentored up and coming agents. After working there for eight successful years, he joined Halstead Property to continue to grow his business under the Halstead umbrella.
In 2005, he was named as one of Manhattan’s Top 10 Agents Under 30 by "The Real Deal Magazine," he was also consistently among the top 10 agents (out of 800) at his last firm, ranking him at the top 2% of New York Brokers.
He prides himself on his vast product knowledge so he can easily respond to all of his clients’ needs and wants. Whether it be a modest studio rental or a luxurious penthouse apartment, his encyclopedic knowledge of all buildings and neighborhoods of New York provide his clients with confidence they desire when looking for the home of their dreams. All of his clients know and trust he is on the pulse of the market with exciting trends and new listings. Robin believes that the only good deal is the one where both parties are happy and he negotiates skillfully to find the middle ground that allows everyone to leave the table satisfied. He is best at listening carefully, hearing the problems, and finding the solutions.
Robin also serves as the Director of Business Development for the Halstead Development Marketing Division. He provides New York developers with a sharp understanding of what the modern buyers are looking for in today’s current marketplace. As a result, many developers trust Robin’s opinion and market knowledge and include him as a member of their team in the evaluation of future projects.
Every month Robin keeps in touch with all his friends, family, clients, and developers by sending out “Robin’s Nest.” His refreshing E-Mail newsletter contains entertaining information about Manhattan neighborhoods, new developments and even local restaurants. After work he is probably at Madison Square Garden cheering on the Knicks or the Rangers. In his leisure time he is an active skier, tennis player and golfer.
Clients who are looking for a seamless, enjoyable experience in the New York City real estate market can contact Robin today and let him show you the New York he loves. He’ll make sure you get your own piece of Manhattan in the neighborhood and price range that meets your needs and wants. Sellers are encouraged to allow Robin to evaluate their property and he will make several independent comparative market analysis and recommendations on how to maximize the sale price of their home. Developers should be in touch as well because Robin has the answers you want about the New York clients and what they are looking for today.
