Roz began her real estate career in the late eighties. Her knowledge of the local real estate market and particularly the local Condominium market are first rate. Living in two condominium associations has given her a unique perspective about condominium life and the characteristics that create a good condominium living environment. Her husband is the owner of Commons Management, a local property management company.
Her resume is full: college, three grown children, six grandchildren, and a former children’s library assistant. She enjoys walking, tennis, biking, the beach and cross country skiing. She served the local community as treasurer and as the hospitality chair of the Westport Young Women’s League. For the past three years, she and her husband have served as the Star caterer for the Westport Levitt Pavilion. The Levitt provides free summertime nightly entertainment for adults and children.
She makes friends easily, takes responsibilities graciously and has a quiet but most effective manner with her clients and fellow agents.
