I'm a fixer, not a broker. Whether buying, selling, or renting: my primary motivation is problem-solving.
As an agent, I'm a level-headed consultant and adviser on real estate transactions. Clients consider me practical, thorough, and approachable.
My experience being in their shoes has afforded me a refreshing impartiality and credibility in dealing with clients. Thus, I have a strong ability to empathize with my customers' needs and life situations.
Further, I operate under a few assumptions:
I'm a solutions-oriented person and I bring that to my practice. I place a premium on customer service, integrity, and strategic thinking.
My background is eclectic, but has provided me with an uncommonly valuable skill set in the industry. Having worked for American Express and NBC and graduating with honors from Cornell University, I have a solid handle on key aspects of real estate: marketing, financials, and negotiation.
I must admit, before I got into this industry, I thought very little of "brokers." Only through joining Halstead Property, did I come to appreciate the value I am now able to provide you: service, expertise, and commitment.
