Ruth Hercolani decided to make real estate a career after she returned to New York City after a twelve-year sojourn in Europe. While living in Europe, Ruth successfully produced film and theater in Italy, England, France and Germany.
Back in the city where she grew up, Ruth realized that her love of working with people, coupled with her negotiating and closing skills, would make her an excellent agent. Ruth enjoys both the fast pace of renting apartments as well as the slower pace of helping people buy their dream home. Ruth's enthusiasm for her work is contagious.
Ruth has a B.S. from the University of Madrid in Political Science and studied Italian and History of Art at the Dante Allighieri School in Rome. She is fluent in both Spanish and Italian.
Ruth considers the environment to be the cause closest to her heart. She used her talents to produce an environmental education musical in London and Aachen, Germany (sponsored by the World Wildlife Fund). In addition, Ruth enjoys volunteer work reading to the blind at Lighthouse International.
In her free time, she enjoys reading, biking, roller-blading, yoga and meditation.

Ruth considera i problemi connessi alla difesa dell’ambiente come i più vicini al suo cuore. Essa ha utilizzato il suo talento per produrre una educazione ambientale musicale a Londra e Aquisgrana in Germania (sponsorizzata dal World Wildlife Fund). Ruth assiste attivamente il lavoro di due agenzie ambientali, la Global Communications for Conservation e la Trees for Life.
Nel suo tempo libero ama leggere, andare in bicicletta, correre sui pattini a rotelle e coltivare lo yoga e la meditazione.
