Born and raised in New York, Ryan Gessin has been immersed in New York City Real Estate and construction from an early age.
Ryan attended University of Wisconsin in Madison graduating with a major in Strategic Communications and a secondary concentration in Business Marketing. During school breaks Ryan returned to New York City to intern with General Contractors involved in the development of several major building projects throughout Manhattan.
Before joining Halstead, Ryan was employed as a project manager for a family owned Contracting firm that has worked on high profile residential and commercial renovations across the City.
Ryan’s interests in New York City buildings led him to obtain his real estate license.
Due to his inside knowledge of the New York City construction scene, combined with an enthusiasm and entrepreneurial spirit, I look forward to Ryan’s continued development and contributions as a member of the Halstead Investment Sales team.
