2005 Sales Deal of the Year Award
Real Estate Board of New York
Of utmost importance to Sandra is her dedication to satisfy the specific wishes and individual requirements of each customer or client, no matter how unique. She takes great pride in her personal commitment to every new challenge and will tirelessly research to find “the needle in a haystack.” She is always available and committed to both listening and responding to all concerns in a very supportive manner. No call goes unanswered and this standard is adhered to in every situation. It is that work ethic that helped Sandra earn the REBNY 2005 Deal of the Year Award.
Sandra joined Halstead Property, LLC after a 20-year career in corporate health care management where she held multiple management positions and was responsible for all elements of real estate activity.
Sandra’s background encompasses combined commercial and residential real estate experience. Her responsibilities as Director of Facilities Development for a publicly traded company have broadened her keen sense of space and its potential, plus maximized her negotiating ability resulting from her management of diverse property transactions. She has negotiated, designed and administered facilities in many states and provided leadership to construction projects. Sandra also brings with her organizational, marketing and advertising skills.
A native New Yorker, Sandra’s real estate activities take her all over the city. Her primary area of focus is subject to constant change and will continue to be identified by the circumstances of her clientele.
