In October 2011, Sarah Williams received the prestigious “Rookie Salesperson of the Year Award,” given by the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY), for “her impressive entry into New York City’s residential real estate market.” The REBNY award is highly sought after and given annually to only one agent, across all major brokerage firms in New York. Sarah’s impressive accomplishments have garnered the respect not only of her peers, but also of the top real estate figures in one of the most competitive markets in the world.

Sarah works with buyers and sellers of all types of residential property, spanning townhouses, cooperative and condominium apartments. Through the years, she has helped many buyers navigate the sometimes challenging cooperative board approval process. Sarah also works with landlords and tenants when dealing in the rental market. Finally, a significant portion of Sarah’s client base comes from international buyers and investors, who are oftentimes unfamiliar with the intricacies of the New York City real estate market. Her innate interpersonal skills allow her to fulfill the expectations of clients from around the world.

Sarah focuses on the Manhattan real estate market. While she is a happy resident of the Upper West Side, she has also resided in Gramercy and Flatiron. Outside of work Sarah enjoys spending time with her family, playing tennis and traveling. She also helps raise money for cancer research and children in need.
