With his extensive and excellent business development, relationship building, sales skills and keen interest in the intersection of real estate and client needs, Savas, "Steve," is a licensed real estate sales agent at Halstead Property. Prior to joining Halstead Property, Steve sold fractional ownership properties to families at West 57th Street by Hilton Club. He always made it a point to ensure customer satisfaction and was regarded a valuable member of the team due to his excellent relationship management skills. His easy rapport with clients ensured consistent referral business. Steve has also worked for Wyndham Resorts as well as the Marriott Vacation Club, where he marketed their properties and always worked to ensure client satisfaction. Before entering the fractional ownership and timeshare market, Steve was a Mortgage Specialist with American Home Mortgage/Consumer Mortgage Services. It was with this company that Steve honed his excellent skills of understanding client goals and objectives in order to customize an appropriate solution for their residential mortgage needs.
Steve excels at developing creative and innovative techniques in order to serve his customers. He is always looking to perform in a manner that ensures that his clients see him as the source for their residential needs.
Steve holds a Master of Business Administration Degree in Marketing from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia and a Bachelor of Business Arts in Business Administration from Temple University. He was born and raised in Athens, Greece and is fluent in Greek and English. In his spare time, he enjoys photography, reading and exploring the world.
