Sean Ferguson moved to New York City in the Riverdale area fifteen years ago. First hand, he has been a witness to the great transformation of the Manhattan and Upper Manhattan areas. His personal belief is that the quality of life that Manhattan has to offer is second to none.
Sean started in sales at the age of seventeen, and greatly enjoys interacting with clients to help them achieve their goals. He believes that it’s not just the initial sale that counts, but the relationship that you are able to build with each individual. This leads to a partnership to success.
Strong work ethic, neighborhood knowledge, and a passion for achieving each client’s goals clearly define what you can expect of Sean. Whether it’s helping a Columbia student get their first studio at college or a family buying their first brownstone on the Upper West Side, each client can have the same expectations for success from him.
When Sean isn’t working, you would probably see him enjoying a Yankee game or throwing a ball around at home with his nine year old son. He also volunteers for the CSA and supports local farmers.
