Having purchased a landmark brownstone in 2009, Season Newberry offers not only an interesting name, but a creative outlook on the real estate market. It was this transition from renter to homeowner which rekindled her childhood interest in real estate “I remember calling brokers to discuss properties when I was 11 years old, they must have been amused, if not bewildered, by my enthusiasm.”

Season has experience renovating, obtaining DOB permits and communicating with LPC which makes her an asset to those purchasing in Brooklyn. Her experience with long and short-term property management provides a unique perspective to those looking to capitalize on their investment. She understands that purchasing NYC property opens doors to endless financial possibility. Season’s dedication to guiding others through this challenging, personal process is conveyed through the relationships she builds with each client.

Season’s dual degrees in Biology and Communications led to a successful career in medical practice development and human resources before joining Halstead Property. A native of Virginia, she has called Brooklyn home for seven years. Season resides in Stuyvesant Heights with her husband and daughter.
