REBNY Deal of the Year First Place Winner 2010
REBNY Deal of the Year First Place Winner 2009
There’s no question that Senad Ahmetovic, Senior Vice President and Associate Broker, is one of the hardest-working real estate professionals around. The many prestigious awards he has received are a testament to that. He is not only a member of Halstead’s Gold Circle and Producer’s Council, but he has consistently received recognition for the highest volume of transactions six years in a row. He is also a Certified Senior Relocation Agent who effectively serves customers from many locations worldwide. Most recently Senad was awarded prestigious REBNY's Deal Of The Year First Place award for 2010 as well as First Place Award in 2009 - two years in a row.
While these wonderful honors mean a great deal to Senad, it is the loyalty, trust and relationships he forges with his long-term clientele that are most important. As he states, "That truly tells me I’m doing my job - when someone refers me to a friend, family member or associate, and when a customer or client contacts me again when their real estate needs change." Senad’s rental customers have become buyers, and his buyers have become sellers because he puts each individual’s unique needs first, and always protects their very best interests. He has helped first-time and second-home buyers as well as families and investors identify and close on their ideal property. Grateful and satisfied owners Senad has represented, gladly attest to his professionalism and commitment to providing exceptional service.
Originally from Bosnia, Senad, who also lived in Germany and traveled the world a great deal before making his home in New York, understands what it’s like to relocate as he does the many intricacies involved. He therefore strives to make the process as easy and enjoyable as possible. Fluent in English, German, Bosnian and Croatian, Senad welcomes everyone in need of a new home and outstanding service, whether they are moving from across town or across the globe. His dedication to people’s needs, passion for his work and enthusiastic spirit know no boundaries when it comes to negotiating the most successful sales and rental transactions. A New York resident and homeowner for more than a decade, Senad spends most of his free time outside of work with his wife and two daughters. He also enjoys tennis, swimming and playing guitar.
