Sharon Zhu joins Halstead Property from a boutique real estate brokerage in SoHo, where she was a top producing agent.
Having lived in the East Village and SoHo previously, and now the Upper East Side, has given Sharon a broad perspective and knowledge on properties in all of Manhattan, from Downtown to Uptown. She also has experience in many areas in northern Brooklyn including Williamsburg, Park Slope, DUMBO, and Brooklyn Heights. Sharon’s real estate career began as a response to her personal experience in finding her first New York City apartment. As a lover of so many areas of the city, it was hard to make a decision of where to call home. At the end of her search, she discovered that she had seen thousands of apartments and enjoyed the process, so a career in real estate was born. Sharon’s love of inventory research has given her an encyclopedic knowledge of housing inventory in the city.
