A proud resident of Downtown Brooklyn, Shira stays up-to-date on Brooklyn’s real estate trends, whether it’s the latest new developments paving the way for Brooklyn’s future or the consistently strong resale market of architecturally significant homes. A Portland, Oregon transplant, Shira has come full circle, returning to the borough where her great-grandparents and grandparents made their home. She is well-versed in and inspired by Brooklyn’s rich history and in its history in the making.
The consummate professional, Shira prides herself on her attention to detail, sense of humor, creativity and drive. These are all traits her customers and clients have come to depend on whether they are working with her, or referring friends and family.
Prior to real estate, Shira worked in arts administration for some of New York’s most renowned cultural institutions, including WNYC Radio and Lincoln Center. A graduate of Hampshire College and NYU, Shira earned a Masters in Performing Arts Administration. She is an avid audience member of theater and film, and also enjoys cooking, biking and urban hiking with her husband and dog.
