Silvana Sagan, Executive Vice President, has been a successful licensed Associate Broker, specializing in sales of cooperatives and condominiums since 1986. She is currently in her 19th year at Halstead Property, LLC and is consistently a member of Halstead’s Producer’s, Platinum and Gold Circle councils. These awarded designations distinguish sales professionals who are in the top twenty percent of all Halstead agents and who have handled sales of multi-million dollar properties.

Silvana began her career as an accountant. Looking for a new challenge and a more entrepreneurial endeavor, she left the corporate world and began selling real estate in Manhattan. She brings to Halstead Property a vast background in real estate, accounting and finance. Silvana has accumulated an extensive knowledge of contracts, mortgages, financial statements, board packages, market conditions, marketing and many other facets of the real estate business which have helped her clients and customers tremendously, whether selling or purchasing property.

Silvana has earned a fine reputation among her clients, customers and peers alike. Her success is primarily due to continual repeat business and referrals from satisfied clients and customers who have come to trust and appreciate her knowledge, energy and the hands on service she provides. Having started on the Upper West Side, Silvana now has a large, diversified client/customer base and has incorporated all of Manhattan (and sometimes Brooklyn) in her real estate business.
