Susan Baker has an extensive background as a financial analyst and as a commercial real estate agent, representing both tenants and landlords. She is a savvy, knowledgeable negotiator, known as a deal maker, with a clear understanding of her client’s financial situation. Her ability to help her clients determine their financial parameters while finding them the right home or buyer for their home is invaluable.

Susan has lived on the Upper West Side for 24 years where she raised her family. She is a graduate of Cornell University.
