Susan broke the Halstead Property record by being designated a Gold Circle member within five months as a newly-joined agent. While working at Halstead, and former firms in Queens and Long island, she has successfully serviced both local and international clients, and to her, the biggest reward she has received is that all her clients are happy and now consider her a close friend.

Before Susan came to the US and became a New Yorker, she was the Excusive Manager of Managing Company at PBF Residence where she was responsible for more than 3,000 engineers and workers at CSPC Nanhai Project, the largest Sino-foreign investment in China up to date. She was co-editor of a large-scale professional series of books on standardized property management and the Editor at HanDian Publishing Company of CTTI, Shenzhen, China. She was also one of the first 3,000 certified Property Managers nation wide.

Susan was born in Inner Mongolia, northern China. She was well traveled at a young age for study and business reasons. Aside from English, she speaks fluent Mandarin and Cantonese.

Susan is an animal lover and semi-pro photographer. For her, it is a joyful experience to help or rescue an animal, and to go traveling and learn a different culture, or even just explore with an open mind with a camera. She is an ASPCA and Green Peace admirer and consistently donates to those funds.
