Susan Waldorf has more than twenty-five years of extensive real estate work experience in the Manhattan market. She has managed the residential division of a privately held real estate company based in New York. Susan oversaw the firm's rental and sales division of the company. During her tenure, she was involved with the cooping and sales of numerous residential apartments/buildings throughout Manhattan.
Susan's work experience in real estate extends beyond New York, as she has also been involved in the development of residential communities in the Berkshires area, located in Massachusetts. Her work there involved the selling of residential land lots as well as the sales of residential homes in those developed communities.
Susan has excellent people skills and thoroughly enjoys interacting with her clients. She is very intuitive and an excellent listener, and readily ascertains what her clients wishes and needs are. Susan has a warm and friendly personality, which allows her clients to feel comfortable as they work through the buying/selling process.
Susan has a strong work ethic. She is a person of high integrity and is extremely ethical. She is a trustworthy individual, giving her clients a sense of security and comfort level. Susan and her family have lived on the Upper Westside for more than thirty years and she has extensive knowledge of the Upper Westside community. She is involved in many local community organizations.
Susan has a passion for antiques and vintage and has been an avid collector for many years.
Susan attended Washington University and received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston University.
Susan enjoys living a balanced lifestyle, combining real estate work, raising her son and partaking in many community activities.
