Prior to beginning her career in the real estate industry, Teresa held several Senior Management positions in the banking industry and was a Facilitator in her entrepreneurial endeavor. Her expertise ranges from client development and cultivation to capital markets structuring and loan portfolio management. In her capacity as an entrepreneur, Teresa provided her clients with strategic access to debt and equity through institutional and private financing for projects in the Energy, Hospitality and Real Estate sectors in the Caribbean Region and Latin America. Her clients consisted of developers, international executives and governmental officials.
Raising three daughters has instilled in Teresa a certain fortitude, mixed with wisdom, and appreciation for life. She is intelligent and articulate, yet refreshingly candid. When not at work, she enjoys traveling, cooking and spending time with family and friends. Teresa is extremely passionate about causes involving children and the underprivileged and is actively involved in several non-profit organizations.
