After more than 13 years in the real estate industry and having worked both the residential and commercial markets, Tito Ghose brings a unique understanding and knowledge of the Manhattan real estate markets to his clients.
Starting his real estate career at Benjamin James as a residential agent, he won both "Rookie of the Year" and "Top Producer" awards in his first year and continued to be ranked at the top of the company for nine consecutive years. Deciding to change focus to commercial real estate, he joined Metro Spire, where in his first year, he was able to generate over $25 Million in sales. This included acquisitions of a 310 room Hotel development site, a 12-story residential condo project along with other various investment properties.
Focusing on the needs and desires of his buyers and sellers, Tito has created a consistent base of repeat business and referrals. He is detail-oriented and always aware of market fluctuations and current trends. He is an effective negotiator and deeply experienced in the nuts-and-bolts in both aspects of buying and selling.
Tito is well respected by his peers and has developed invaluable working relationships with other professionals in the industry. He is married to Tara Ghose and lives in the East Village in downtown Manhattan.
