Toni Simon is an experienced broker who has been selling Real Estate in Manhattan for 30 years. While she is familiar with all aspects of residential real estate including coop and condo sales, her particular emphasis has been on the sale of small buildings, including single family townhouses, multi-family and multi-use buildings, commercial and investment properties.
She has lived in Manhattan for many years and is thoroughly familiar with its many neighborhoods. She was raised at the Jersey shore and moved to New York to attend Barnard College. She has lived on the Upper East Side since graduation and raised two children in the city while also teaching in the Science Departments of several prestigious private schools including Friends Seminary and Riverdale Country School.
Toni shifted careers from teaching to real estate in the mid 1970's, working for several years for an Upper West Side firm and then at East Side firms. Her interests, other than work and family, include theater and movies, tennis, swimming, horse racing and other spectator sports and summers at the Jersey Shore.
She is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York, serving as co-chairman of the Governmental Affairs Committee of the Residential Division, and is an active fund raiser for her college class.
