Born in Brooklyn, Victor attended The Loyola School in New York, received a B.A. from Franklin and Marshall College in Government and French; and a Master's Degree in International Finance from Columbia University. He is currently the Mayor of Old Tappan, NJ where he has lived with his family for the past 26 years. He is also a licensed mortgage banker in NJ. Victor has extraordinary local knowledge of Bergen County, and all that it has to offer.
