Wanda’s effectiveness is equally fueled by her impressive 20-year background in sales, marketing, business development and management. Multi–talented and determined, Wanda worked in the fashion industry encompassing both retail buying and wholesale manufacturing, rising to president of a women’s wholesale apparel company. She subsequently pioneered and developed a thriving importing company specializing in upscale decorative accessories for the home, which entailed a great deal of design, contract negotiations, and financial analysis.
Wanda has been a proud resident of Carnegie Hill where she has successfully renovated two apartments. She lives with her son, who is a sophomore at Vassar College. In her spare time, you can find Wanda exercising at the gym, at the theater, at an art show or local museum. Besides enjoying spending time with friends, Wanda is also an adventure lover who has traveled the world extensively, speaking fluent Spanish and learning to master the Italian language.
