If you are looking for full service home experience you have found it with Wendy Ward. Over the past 13 years she has been in every aspect of the business of “homes.” While she has bought, designed and sold many homes of her own, her real experience and value is in helping other people achieve their own home goals. Wendy wears many hats to ensure these goals for her clients.
As a buyer’s agent, Wendy works closely with you to find that perfect house for you and your family. She understands that a home is truly not a home until you make it your own. She is successful in meeting the needs of her clients. Everyone lives in their houses differently. It is once you walk in the door and can envision yourself living there that you emotionally become attached. She wants to hear how you define “home,” then match that to the best solution for you. This is true about buying, selling, designing or expanding.
As a sales agent, she works to detail your home so that it catches the eyes of buyers. As a service to her clients, Wendy will walk through your entire home and write up an outline of how to prepare for today's market. She will also help you execute any and all appropriate steps you want to take. Priced effectively and presented properly, now is a great time for people to buy.
As a project manager, Wendy helps you stay on time and on budget. Her discounts are the client’s discounts. It is her job to keep people working efficiently and effectively on your house so that your life has the least amount of disruption. She finds natural energy in helping families create a home.
Wendy has lived in Darien for 30 years. She went to school in Darien and swam in New Canaan. She sees both towns as unique and special, it is what keeps her here. She can help you navigate the differences and select which town is right for your needs.
Today, Wendy has three children. She is an active member of her town in many charitable ways through the church and through her children’s activities. As her friends and clients know, she loves to cook and if it is in her garden, it too will be cooked.
Buying a house is obviously a life event, both personally and financially a major undertaking. Having Wendy help us through every step of the process was invaluable (and stopped us from killing each other). I have not stopped recommending her since the day we met. - Leland HartHalstead Property Connecticut, LLC
