Originally from Japan, Yuko Kawai earned her Bachelor of Law degree at Keio University in Tokyo. She started her career as Market Analyst at Toyota Motor Corporation. After obtaining her Master of Science degree in Management at the Arthur D. Little Management Education Institute in Boston, she worked in NYC for over eleven years at Mizuho Corporate Bank as Senior Vice President. Throughout her career, Yuko built a reputation for reliability and tenacity. Her professionalism, accuracy and efficiency acquired in the corporate world are invaluable assets for her clients who entrust her with one of the greatest financial transactions of their personal lives.

For Buyers and Investors - Yuko provides information on intelligently screened available listings based on clients’ criteria. She can provide consultation on understanding financial requirements of property purchase or in-depth analysis of investment opportunities. Additional benefits to clients who purchase a Coop apartment are Yuko’s reputably impeccable presentation of offers and board packages of prospective buyers to the sellers and the Boards of Coops.

For Sellers and Landlords - Yuko prepares a customized marketing plan for each property and follow-up analysis with weekly marketing activity reports with feedbacks. They include relevant market conditions as well as comments and suggestions based on the activities. Her suggestions include the updated view from the industry professional so that her clients can reach informed decisions.

Having personally engaged in several purchases, sales, renovations and investments in Condo, Condop and Coop buildings, Yuko is constantly strengthening her expertise in real estate. As a resident of the Upper East Side for over a decade, Yuko enjoys all her neighborhood has to offer with her husband and two young children. She is active in supporting PS290 Manhattan New School, where her children attend. She is an accomplished pianist and interested in playing chamber music.
