Having immigrated from Russia at an early age, Zoya Litinetskaya was raised in New York for most of her life. Her 8 year track record as a real estate professional began at the age of 19, while pursuing a degree in Marketing and Communications from The School of Visual Arts in Manhattan.
Zoya joined Halstead/Feathered Nest after a successful 6 year run within the Entertainment Field, where she co-owned a Special Events firm of her own, single handedly catering to the entertainment elite within the music, film, media and fashion industries.
