Halstead Property Announces Hiring of Six Agents in Midtown Office

Halstead Property has announced the hiring of six new Agents to their expanding Midtown office located at 770 Lexington Avenue.  Joining the firm recently were the following agents: Cynthia Besteman, Peter Cohen, Rosemarie Minniti, Christopher Todd Simmons, Tiffany Stilwell and David Wagenheim.

“With decades of combined experience, these talented Agents are a welcomed addition to our growing office,” says Fritz Frigan, Director of Sales at Midtown.  “Ms. Besteman, Ms. Stilwell and Mr. Wagenheim work together while Mr. Cohen, Ms. Minniti and Mr. Simmons also work as a team.  Working as teams, they are able to offer their clients a full real estate experience in both sales and rentals as well as specializing in corporate relocations.”

Cynthia Besteman, David Wagenheim and Peter Cohen have been named Senior Vice Presidents at Halstead.  She began her Real Estate career in 2000.  Wagenheim's experience is diverse from rentals, to corporate relocations, to property sales. 

Tiffany Stilwell has been in the real estate industry for 10 years as a rental agent and in Listings Management.  Rosemarie Minniti and Christopher Todd Simmons are both Vice Presidents at Halstead and have a strong knowledge and experience in the world of rentals and sales.
