Halstead Property - John Wollberg, 50, joined as director of sales, East Side. He was formerly executive vice president and managing director at ATCO Residential.

Mr. Wollberg will be responsible for the management, recruitment and strategic growth of the East Side office, which currently represents more than 110 agents.

Halstead Property is one of the largest residential real estate brokerage firms in the metropolitan area.
