Halstead Appoints Fritz Frigan As Executive Director of Sales and Leasing

Halstead Property, LLC has promoted Fritz Frigan Executive Director of Sales and Leasing for the Midtown office.  In his new position, he will manage day-to-day operations for Halstead’s Midtown office as well as oversee Halstead’s leasing efforts and their portfolio of landlords.  Prior to this appointment he served as director of sales and leasing.

Frigan joined Halstead Property as an agent in 1992, and rose to a management position within a year.  Prior to joining Halstead, Frigan worked with IBM's U.S. Sales & Strategy group in White Plains, and Hibernia Consulting, a New York City real estate and business-consulting firm.
