Halstead names sales director

Anthony DeVivio has been named the director of sales for the Halstead Property office in Riverdale, the company announced last week.

Mr. DeVivio was already the director of sales for the real estate company’s Harlem office.

“As a former broker and manager — and a Harlem resident — Anthony will apply his extensive skills to oversee Halstead’s continued growth in these two dynamic neighborhoods,” said Diane M. Ramirez, Halstead Property president. “During his time with Halstead, Anthony has quickly established a reputation of being a dedicated and trusted manager. In his new role, he will extend this level of service and mentorship to the agents and clients in Riverdale.”

Mr. DeVivio joined Halstead Property in August as director of sales for Harlem, based at 175 Lenox Ave. In his new role, he will divide his time equally between Harlem and the Riverdale office, located at 3531 Johnson Ave.

Before joining Halstead Property, Mr. DeVivio specialized in the high-end property sales on the eastern end of Long Island with Corcoran.
