Halstead Promotes DeVivio to Director of Sales of Harlem and Riverdale

Halstead Property announced that Anthony DeVivio has been promoted to Director of Sales for Harlem and Riverdale. Previously Director of Sales of Harlem, he is now responsible for the strategic growth and director of both Halstead offices.

“As a former broker and manager - and a Harlem resident - Anthony will apply his extensive skills to oversee Halstead's continuing growth in these two dynamic neighborhoods," said Diane M. Ramirez, Halstead Property President.  “During his time wtih Halstead, Anthony has quickly established a reputation for being a dedicated and trusted manager. In his new role, he will extend this level of service and mentorship to the agents and clients in Riverdale.”

DeVivio joined Halstead Property in August as Director of Sales of Harlem, based at 175 Lenox Avenue. In his new role, he will divide his time equally between Harlem and the Riverdale office, located at 3531 Johnson Avenue

Before joining Halstead Property, DeVivio specialized in high-end property sales on the Eastern End of Long Island with Corcoran.  Prior to that, he enjoyed a 24-year career in executive management in the retail financial services industry. Anthony graduated from Whittier College in Los Angeles, California with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.
