After a successful stint with IBM's U.S. Sales & Strategy group, Fritz Frigan joined Halstead Property as an agent in 1992 and moved into a management position within a year. Natural problem solving, quick thinking, an analytical mind, and a keen sense of business ethic has propelled Fritz to the forefront of his field.

Today, Fritz is the Executive Director of Sales and Leasing at Halstead Property, where he manages more than 110 Agents as well as the day-to-day operations of the East Side office. His commitment to guiding agents and helping them reach their full potential is evident in his work as the Director of the firm’s Professional Development Program and Broker Specialist Program. The Broker Development Program is a comprehensive education and training platform for Halstead Agents. Fritz carefully develops each training session and recruits the educators – both from Halstead’s Executive Team and top Agents. In addition, he brings in outside speakers to further assist or guide Halstead Agents in timely topics. The Broker Specialist Program is a partnership with the Halstead Management Company and one that offers our expert Agents as valuable resources to residents and tenants. In both of these roles, Fritz imparts his vast knowledge of the industry and business acumen to Halstead Agents, assisting them in achieving their real estate goals.

Fritz's specialty is guiding Manhattan home owners in marketing their properties. In Fritz's words: "Sellers and landlords have similar interests: How to obtain the highest possible return in the shortest possible time from the highest quality applicant? We will help you set the price and let the market forces do the rest!" His honesty, integrity, expertise and drive bring numerous Manhattan clients repeatedly and continuously back to Fritz.

In his free time, Fritz enjoys gardening and reading in his second home in Southern Berkshires.
