A licensed real estate agent for 15 years, Tonia has extensive experience in new development and has transacted over $120 million in sales. Known for her honesty and integrity, she has an unmatched ability to build relationships and create deals that work for all parties.
After a decade-long career in sales and marketing for a variety of industries, Tonia began her career in real estate. She started selling and renting co-ops and condos in Manhattan, closing 13 apartment sales and 20 rentals in just 14 months.
In 2005, Tonia was selected to sell the Gantry, the first condo building to break ground in Long Island City (LIC), Queens. She was chosen for this position not only for her real estate skills, but also for her sincere enthusiasm for this up-and-coming neighborhood.
After the Gantry, Tonia continued to work in new development and completed seven new projects in LIC and Astoria, collaborating with developers, real estate professionals, and buyers to ensure a successful experience for everyone involved.
Currently as Director of Sales in Greenwich, Tonia helps fellow real estate agents fulfill their commitments to sellers, buyers, and renters. She uses her years of experience to offer real estate advice while maintaining a client-centric focus.
Prior to living in New York, Tonia spent many years in Fairfield County and moved back to the area in 2017. Tonia appreciates the area's great neighborhoods, excellent schools, beautiful beaches, and, of course, its proximity to the city.
A graduate of the University of Rhode Island, she has volunteered with multiple organizations, including Sunnyside Gardens Park where she was on the Executive Board as a Treasurer. Most recently she was an Assistant Coach for both the boys' and girls' swim team at St. Sebastian's in Woodside, NY.
Tonia and her husband keep busy with their teenage twin daughters and their many activities. Together, Tonia and her family love to ski, golf, and be outdoors. They also love their golden retriever, Callie, a recent addition to the family. In the summer, they spend time at a lake in Minnesota, where she grew up.
