Among their latest developments are: 520 Park Ave a soaring 800 foot tall 54 story limestone condominium tower with just 31 exclusive residences, located on the Upper East Side at 60th Street between Park and Madison Avenues; 50 United Nations Plaza, a luxury condominium occupying a prestigious location across from the United Nations Headquarters and the first residential tower in the United States designed by Foster + Partners; and 18 Gramercy Park, a truly landmark condominium. This 1927 Georgian Revival building, reimagined by Robert A M Stern Architects comprises sixteen residences - each enjoying forty feet of frontage on and a key to Manhattan’s only private park, Gramercy Park. 18 Gramercy Park continues to set the standard for unparalleled luxury and beauty in Downtown Manhattan.
