Halstead Property Development Marketing announced that 75% of the units are sold at 88 Morningside. Closings are currently underway and immediate occupancy is available.
88 Morningside is a modern 12-story building on the corner of Morningside Avenue and West 122nd Street.
The remaining units include one-bedroom, one-bathroom and one-bedroom, two-bathroom homes. Prices range from $355,000-$575,000.
