Shelton Sales Milestone
TNS Development Group Ltd., Great American Construction Corp. and Halstead Property Development Marketing announced that 55% of the units are sold at The Shelton, a newly constructed 140story development in Bedford Stuyvesant, Brooklyn. Located at 775 Lafayette Avenue between Throop Avenue and Marcus Garvey Boulevard, The Shelton features a total of 83 income-restricted one, two and three-bedroom homes.

With half of the units now sold, the 37 remaining units include: one-bedrooms priced from $207,500 to $249,500; two-bedrooms from $325,000 to $456,000; and three-bedrooms from $387,500 to $455,000.
The higher prices include one- and two-bedroom penthouses with private roof terraces. All remaining units are available to buyers with total household incomes between $39,612 and $166,075.
