New Park Slope Townhouses Offer Old-School Charm Backyards And Space-Age Parking

The leafy, Gilded Age pedigree of Park Slope informs the many charms of three new private townhouses at 346 13th Street: red brick façade, elongated windows, welcoming stoop and front garden. And, of course, there’s no greater charm than access to parking.

The Townhomes at Park Court, part of the Park Court Collection, are four-story, four-bedroom, single-family houses with three full bathrooms, two half bathrooms, large recreation room, and laundry room.

Each home features 1,000 square feet of outdoor space. In addition to the front yard, a private balcony sits off the master suite, and a roof deck offers skyline views. The backyard, landscaped with bluestone, features custom planters, vintage barn lights and a grill station.

A landscaped court — a gathering space, the “court” in Park Court — serves as the commons between the three houses and seven condominiums, the latter of which are set to launch later this year. Shared amenities include a virtual doorman, storage, fitness center, children’s play area, gym, lounge and package room.

The kitchen, designed by Penelope Kim Interiors, occupies the center of the townhome in an open configuration that can accommodate large parties or intimate gatherings. Residents can summon their inner Mario Batali with a Wolf 48-inch duel fuel, six-burner range, oven, hood, microwave, and built-in coffee system. There’s an antique-brass faucet with pull-down spray, and the Macauba Quartzite countertop features waterfall edges.

The five-piece master bath features oversized marble tiles and is finished with antiqued brass Watermark fixtures.

Each home is equipped with a central vac system and is prewired for home automation.

Did we mention the parking? Residents will have access in the garage to robotic parking provided by Automotion Parking Systems. Vehicles are parked or retrieved in under two minutes.

Dining options abound with Provini and Talde, cafes, and bars. Of course, two blocks away is 585-acre Prospect Park, with the zoo, Lefrak Center at Lakeside, Smorgasburg, Celebrate Brooklyn, playgrounds and more.

Sales and marketing are being handled by Halstead Property Development Marketing’s The Aguayo Team. Prices start at $3.8 million.
